Cold Rolled Sheet Piles

The Advantages of Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Piles

In addition to all other sheet piles, we also supply cold rolled steel sheet piles. These sheet piles are made from steel coils with a thickness of 4 to 9 millimeters. Because the profiles are made from coils, the thickness of the steel sheet pile is stable throughout. Cold-rolled sheet piles are mainly used in permanent structures. In some cases, they are also suitable for temporary structures.

Cold-rolled steel sheet piles have wider locks, which allows for greater angular displacement than one would see with hot-rolled steel sheet piles. Though this is generally a good thing, it can also cause leakages. To prevent this, a Wadit lock seal can be used. At Gooimeer, we can supply and apply this lock seal to the cold rolled sheet piling. This should be done prior to installation.
