In The Hague, the current portico flats and commercial space on Beresteinlaan are being replaced by a residential building with 132 social housing units and a parking garage. For this sustainable construction project, ZZ sheet piles are rented from Gooimeer.
Community and Affordable Housing
The new construction focuses on community and affordable housing. In place of the current flats, there will be a residential building with two- and three-room apartments. The 132 apartments will be aimed at the social housing segment. Unique features of the design include the architecture, the rooftop and inner gardens, including a communal vegetable garden. The design is handled by architect De Zwarte Hond.
